What exactly is Sona Sobran? Yojana
Jharkhand the Chief Minister Hemant Soren has provided the option of providing saris or dhoti for only 10 rupees under the Sona Sobran Yojana to pay for the body of the poor class residents of the state. In this program, sarees and dhotis will be given to all residents of the state up to Diwali. A budget of 500 crores is allocated to fund Sona Sobran Yojana. Around 57 lakh families who live below the poverty level will benefit from this program.
Dhoti and sarees are free being offered to holders of ration cards
