To strengthen schools through private sector and community involvement to strengthen schools, the Ministry of Education has launched vidyanjali initiative. Through this initiative, schools will be linked with a variety of individuals from the Indian diaspora, including students, school alumni, active as well as retired educators, officials from the government as well as professionals and other people. This initiative has two aspects for the volunteers: first is participating in the school service and activities and another one is supporting Government and government-aided schools through asset/material/equipment. With this portal, called the Vidyanjali 2.0 portal the volunteers from the community are able to interact and communicate directly with the government and schools that are aided by the government so they can share their expertise and experience and provide support through the use of equipment, materials and equipment.

Contribution Made By The Volunteer Under Vidyanjali Initiative

Termination Of Service Of Volunteers

  • A circular is expected to be issued by states and union territories that will contain, among other things safety guidelines, safety standards, a the standard specifications for contributions to equipment/materials/assets and acknowledgement to individuals or non-profit organizations and individuals who contribute to any amount that is greater than the specified amount.
  • Volunteers are able to contribute through sponsorship of events, or maintenance services
